Fire strategy report to assist with proposed approach for remedial works
Fire Safety Design Support including a review of the external wall construction for Petros Court, the Rhodaus Town development in Canterbury, Kent. Providing student accommodation for Canterbury Christ Church University.
Supporing the project through from concept design to manufacturing and construction
Most recently produced RIBA stage 4 Fire Strategy Report. Providing fire safety consultancy to a new Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) at St Margaret’s Hospital in Epping.
Externall wall and cladding review provided to the impressive Abbey Quay
Our role was to undertake a review of the external walls in the buildings (including a review of design information against the fire strategy, site visits and necessary observations) and provide and EWS1 form for each of the blocks within the building.
